Re-Heating Instructions for Our Prepared Meals

That’s why we’ve found a way to make dinner simple with prepared entrees available in our meat department daily. We carry a nice selection of pre-made entrees that simply need to be reheated and served. The following are suggested cooking instructions for some of Midtown’s most popular prepared entrees.
Stuffed Pork Chops - Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until center reaches 145 degrees
Stuffed Chicken Breasts - Cover and bake at 375 for 25-30 min or until center reaches 165 degrees
Meatballs - Brown in a skillet and bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until center reaches 160 degrees
Biscuits - Preheat oven to 375 and bake frozen flat side down for 18-22 minutes
Tamales - Remove cornhusks and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Crab cakes - Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until center reaches 145 degrees
Seasoned Pork Tenderloin - Baked uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes per pound or until center reaches 145 degrees
Stuffed Bell Peppers - Place in tomato Sauce, cover, cook in oven at 350 for 1 hour or until center reaches 160 degrees
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - Place in tomato Sauce, cover, cook in oven at 350 for 45 min or until center reaches 160 degrees
Stuffed Crab - Brush with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-17 min or until center reaches 145 degrees
